2. SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT LOTOnce we have an understanding of your dream home we go on a lot search with our clients. As an active real estate agent in Virginia we have profound knowledge of the real estate market and the best neighborhoods. When we find the perfect lot we act on it fast!
3. CREATING ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
Next we work with our professional team of architects and engineers to draft architectural plans and design concepts. We guide our clients every step of the way to help you explore different styles and concepts that will accommodate your everyday life. In this phase our clients visions turn into a reality. Once we have our plans and costs breakdown, if you choose to obtain a construction loan we work closely with MVB Mortgage to assists you with your construction loan process. We submit our permits and start the construction process.
4. THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
During the construction process we discuss finishing touches and materials leaving no detail out of sight to ensure your highest satisfaction. We keep our clients in touch updating them every step of the way. We make it our number one priority to make sure everything is perfect and in budget.
5. MOVE IN
After final inspections your dream home has become a reality ready for you to move in!
